Questions
Will servicing with you void my new-car warranty?
No. Under Australian Consumer Law you can have your car serviced by any qualified mechanic. We follow your manufacturer's schedule, use parts and oils that meet their specifications, and stamp your logbook.
How long does a service take?
Most logbook services take two to three hours. Drop off by 8:30 am and your car is usually ready by 3:00 pm. We text you when it is.
Do you service hybrids and electric cars?
Hybrids, yes, including Toyota and Lexus hybrid systems. For electric cars we look after tyres, brakes, suspension, wipers and air-con.
What does a roadworthy certificate cover?
It's a safety inspection of items like brakes, tyres, steering, suspension, lights and seatbelts. In Victoria you need one to sell a registered car or to re-register one. If something fails, we quote the repair and recheck it once it's fixed.
Can I use the loan car for the whole day?
Yes. Bring your driver's licence, return it with the same fuel, and it's free while your car is with us. Book it with your service, as we have three.
