How to use it
Morning and night. It layers under moisturizer and sunscreen without pilling.
Three drops
After cleansing, put three or four drops in your palm.
Press, don't rub
Press it into your face and neck while skin is still a little damp.
Seal it in
Follow with moisturizer, and sunscreen in the morning.

When will my order arrive?
Pre-orders ship from 16 November 2026. US delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days after that.
Is it OK for sensitive skin?
It's made for dry, easily irritated skin and has no fragrance. If you're new to niacinamide, patch test on your inner arm for a day first.
Can I use it with retinol or vitamin C?
Yes. Apply the serum first, let it sink in for a minute, then use your other products.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes, any time before it ships. Reply to your confirmation email and we'll refund you in full.
What if it doesn't suit me?
Send back an unopened bottle within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If you've opened it, email us and we'll sort it out.
